Brea, Calif. History has been made. Ryan Dungey is the 2010 AMA Pro Motocross Champion, securing his second title of the year this weekend at Southwick MX in Massachusetts. The 20-year-old rookie has gained enough points in the series with his complete domination of the 450 motocross class to take home the trophy with two races still left on the schedule.

Dungey claimed the 2010 AMA Supercross title in May, making him the youngest rookie racer ever to do so, and now has added the Pro Motocross championship to his list of accomplishments, making him the only rookie ever to clinch both titles.

Dungey has been unstoppable on his Suzuki fuel-injected RM-Z450 and has taken home the win in the past nine races in a row and won 16 out of 20 motos.

Twin Air has developed a new filter and support system for the KTM50, 05-08 and 09-10 models. The new Twin Air system for the KTM 50 comes with a new filter mounting system that improves the surface area of the filter. A 20% larger surface area improves airflow and provides a better sealing surface. The OEM screen needs to be cut out.

Twin Air has now expanded their range of road bike filters with three different KTM road bike models. The KTM models listed below have paper mesh filters as OEM filters. Twin Air’s proven dual stage flame-retardant foam provides more airflow and better protection than the OEM paper filters.

Twin Air airbox cover

The Airbox Cover prevents water and cleansers from entering your intake when cleaning the airbox.

Airbox Covers are manufactured from tough, durable ABS plastic. A rubber sealing ring is provided to insure a perfect, leak-free fit.

To use, simply remove your airfilter from the airbox and install the Airbox Cover with the provided mounting screw.

Twin Air exhaust plug

Flexible rubber Exhaust Plug prevents water and dirt from entering your exhaust during washing and transportation.

Available for 2- and 4 stroke exhaust sizes.

Twin Air oil cooler

Twin Air releases an oil cooling system like none other on the market!

Twin Air's Oil Cooler's unique tubular heat exchanger cools the oil by running the oil through the tubes via a 3 chamber element.

The 6mm ID rubber hose was our choice to maximize heat exchange and maintain optimal oil pressure. Our testing of a rubber hose versus a stainless steel braided hose, the rubber hose had better heat exchange and maintained engine oil pressure.

The Twin Air Oil Cooler is mounted behind the left side radiator and comes with all the necessary hardware for mounting. Tested by Motocross MX1 Team Kawasaki in the 2009 FIM Motocross MX1 Championship.

Replace your air-restricting stock backfire screen with our New PowerFlow kit. The kit includes a rigid, lightweight, billet aluminum cage with a special backfire-resistant layer of foam laminated to the inside of the filter.

Twin Air PowerFlow Kits for ATV's :

Don’t let your stock set-up rob you of power and engine reliability. These kits eliminate leaks and provide more air for power, but the filter can still be removed in a snap for cleaning. The new generation PowerFlow kit converts the filter mounting system from a clamp on filter to a filter cage and wing bolt mounting system. This new flange system allows for the use of a Twin Air Air Box Cover for washing the air box.

Twin Air Carbon Fiber Subframe/Airbox

The airbox and rear subframe is fabricated thoroughly in carbon fiber prepreg with epoxy resin. The true carbon fibers genesis concentrate and enhance the tensile strength in an actual direction (the thread one); amplifing it. The addition of epoxy resin gives to material optimum compressive strength, bending strength, torsional strength and impact strength.
