In the last few months Twin Air worked on a new filter solution for Can Am Commander 800/1000 and the new Maverick models. In cooperation with Can Am is a new rubber part designed including a metal mesh. This part creates a leak proof seal in the airbox. The special made foam filter sheets are re-usable as all other Twin Air filters. This new product will increase your airflow and gives the best protection for your engine.

LAS VEGAS - GEICO Honda rider Wil Hahn did exactly what he needed to do to wrap up the AMA 250SX East championship Saturday night at Sam Boyd Stadium, finishing one spot behind challenger Marvin Musquin to seal his first professional title by three points. Teammate Eli Tomac did everything he could to match the feat in 250SX West action, but his fifth victory of the season wasn't enough to pass Ken Roczen in the championship chase, with Tomac ultimately finishing two points back.May Read more... |

Red Bull KTM Factory rider Ken Roczen of Germany on Saturday night secured KTM’s first-ever 250SX championship when he was crowned the Monster Energy AMA West 250SX Champion at the season finale held at Sam Boyd Stadium. Feb  After a succesfull season and a lot of testing Twin Air developed, in cooperation with KTM Racing, a new Powerflow Kit for the 2 and 4-stroke engines.The new aluminum filter cage is completely redesigned to increase airflow and performance. The higher support arms on the filter cage makes sure that the foam is not vibrating as the intake is closely positioned to the foam material. Also, the support arms are now shaped to increase airflow. The new air filter (154215FRN) has a new shape to improve fitment, increase surface area and less glue seems.  This means more air and better protection for the engine.To gain extra air flow, Twin Air developed a supercross (154215SCN) and supermoto (154215SMN) type air filter. The Supermoto Air Filter has larger pores and will provide more air, which results in more power. In extreme riding conditions, we advice to use the Grand Prix Covers for extra protection (160000GPBK).  As a result of the intensive cooperation with KTM Racing, we developed the optimal solution for the airbox. Currently Ryan Dungey, Marvin Musquin, Ken Roczen, Jeffrey Herlings, Jeremy van Horebeek and Jordy Tixier are riding with these new Powerflow Kits. To order these new parts, you simply add an N behind the part number. Both former and new filter model fits both old and new aluminum cage. For a full applicationlist see below.
